Future Leaders (part of SMART people Training & Development Company Ltd) offers a range of management and leadership qualifications designed to develop manager's & leaders core skills, knowledge and performance in the workplace.

Training is provided by a trusted team of trainers and facilitators all of whom are business experts in their chosen field with outstanding experience.

Topped Up

Our courses attract Train to Gain Enhancement Funding offering a subsidy to Employers. The training is short, intensive using a very practical down to earth style which focuses on real issues. As an Approved ILM Centre we offer a range of qualifications accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (part of City & Guilds Group) that can be stand alone or topped.

About Smart People

In September 2006 Future Leaders was developed by Action Halifax, a not for profit organisation part funded by the Governments Single Regeneration Budget in conjunction with Yorkshire Forward, however due to lack of funding Action Halifax has now closed.

From 1st April 2010 all rights to Future Leaders were transferred to SMART People Training & Development.
